My Mission:

My mission as manager of Windermere/Oak Harbor is to attract, train, and support individuals with the highest ethical and professional standards. I will provide a professional, energetic, and productive office environment where I will help each agent reach their goals.

Training and mentoring

Because I do not list or sell real estate, I can devote the majority of my time to training/coaching agents. As a Certified Instructor in Washington state my focus is to build our office with training and mentoring. Each agent can expect hands-on, one-on-one training & mentoring as often as needed. Our intensive training and coaching programs will get your career in Real Estate off to a running start. Each week we have no less than 3 training opportunities that include meetings, presentations, guest speakers, role-play, MLS forms, and peer-to-peer sessions. The Windermere Foundation:

Every transaction makes a difference. Windermere's commitment to serving our communities goes beyond providing our buyers and sellers the best in real estate services. Every time a Windermere sales associate sells a home, a portion of the commission goes to the Windermere Foundation, a non-profit organization. Contributions from Windermere agents combined with contributions from Windermere employees and the public have allowed the Windermere Foundation to distribute millions of dollars annually in recent years to non-profit agencies dedicated to helping local homeless and low-income families.
